Our normal business hours are: (Eastern Time Zone)
Monday - Thursday: 11:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Friday: 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
I operate this business from my home. As such, many days I am at my desk by 8 a.m. and answering various
inquiries into the evening. If the phone rings, and I can hear it, I pick it up. Otherwise, there is an answering
machine where messages are usually checked every 4 hours and returned promptly.
And no, this is not a 1-man business. There are currently 3 of us. Collin, Kris or myself may answer the
phone, but if I'm available, I'll usually reach for it first.
